Introducing The Wedding School

Welcome to The Wedding School, an educational platform designed to help teach, inspire and provide practical tools for existing or aspiring wedding planners or DIY brides and grooms.

Real Wedding – Yasmyn + Lincoln

Yasmyn + Lincoln were our first, sure not to be our last, couple to tie the knot at the gorgeous new Calile Hotel in Brisbane. Surrounded by family and friends who thought they were in for an engagement party, the couple said ‘I do’ at a surprise ceremony in the stunning amphitheatre.

Real Wedding – Nick + Nate

Nick + Nate tied the knot at the stunningly beautiful W Hotel, Brisbane. Surrounded by friends and family, the couple said ‘I do’ in a gorgeous setting of luscious green and gold.

Styled Shoot – Get Robed

Our bride tribe headed to The Johnson Hotel for a celebration of all things pink at this styled shoot. Not only was our tableware pretty in pink, the bride and her bridesmaids enjoyed intricate pink sweets by the rooftop pool.

Real Wedding – Carrie + Jay

Carrie and Jay married at Newstead Studios on a cosy winter day surrounded by an intimate group of friends and family.

The design celebrated simple minimalism but was enhanced with botanical beauty with a hint of rustic charm.

Real Wedding – Emily + Dan

Emily + Dan embraced the outdoors with their fresh and relaxed wedding style, drawing on coastal inspiration. A pre-drinks celebration had guests rejoicing with cocktails, roving canapes and a seafood station on the outdoor lawn as the sun went down.

Real Wedding – Jenny + Nick

Set in a stunning location by the sea, Jenny + Nick said, ‘I do’, at their enchanting ceremony at Elements of Byron. Nestled amongst whimsical floral displays and personalised details, the rain could not stop these lovebirds from enjoying a truly special day.

Real Wedding – Julie + Barry

A mutual love of boating lead Julie + Barry’s decision to get married on the Phoenix One yacht. The guest list was intimate with only the couple’s nearest and dearest family and friends in attendance.

Real Wedding – Amelia + Jackson

Amelia and Jackson’s Ceremony took place at St. Kevin’s Church on a beautiful afternoon. It was decorated in a simplistic, summery style with gorgeous florals trailing from the pew ends.

Welcome to 2019 – Introducing The White Directory

Welcome to 2019! We have been a little quiet on the blog lately, but behind the scenes we have been busy planning and designing our upcoming weddings and launching the third edition of The WHITE Directory, our ‘Little Black Book’ of our favourite wedding suppliers.

Farewell 2018!

With the holiday season officially upon us and our final event of the year wrapped, we’ve been looking back on the past 12 months and all of the incredible weddings and events we’ve had the pleasure of being a part of this year.

Real Wedding – Jessica + Arthur

Jessica and Arthur married on a stunning spring afternoon at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre followed by a stylish celebration at GOMA.

The ceremony was styled with rows of clear ghost chairs and two stunning floral arrangements at the altar –  towers of foliage and florals with pops of bright red and deep burgundy tones, framing the couple as they shared their vows.

Real Event – JLL & Shayher Group

To celebrate the year that was 2018, JLL and Shayher Group invited their guests to step into a Hawaiian paradise vintage style, taking them poolside for an afternoon of fun and feasting.

Real Wedding – Jane + Tin

Jane and Tin were married in a stunning celebration of love and devotion last April at Victoria Park Golf Course.
The couple’s wedding was styled with a luxurious palette of opulent white, rich greenery and glittering gold accents, creating a classic and glamorous feel.

Real Wedding – Olivia + Mitch

Mitch and Olivia were married on a crisp Autumn’s afternoon in April, in a contemporary and decadent celebration with their loved ones at Lightspace.

This ultra-cool couple decided to break tradition and share an emotional first-look together, before taking their wedding photos and sharing the afternoon with their bridesmaids and groomsmen prior to the ceremony, overlooking the river and city skyline at Southbank.

Straying from Tradition

Just two months ago we sat down in our living rooms, on the edge of our seats just waiting for the moment. That moment where Meghan was to step out of the car and on to the steps of the chapel in Windsor.
