Inspiration & Organisation
Once you have shared your vision, we will begin bringing it to life with a design concept. Working closely, we will create an event that is truly unique and memorable.
Creative Direction
The white+white creative team will design an event concept unique to you. The team will meet with you first to discuss your vision for the day, as well as coach you through discovering your event 'must-haves'. The team will devise an event concept comprising of colour and styling themes, furniture options, and unique experiences to add excitement and fun to your event whilst staying within your budget.
On The Day Support
The white+white team will be there on your event day to oversee the bump in and set-up of all your styling elements. The team will ensure your event is set-up to your desires and that everything is in position ready for your guests to arrive. white+white will make the entire day flow seamlessly ensuring all aspects are perfect. The team will also troubleshoot any issues or hiccups that may arise - leave the details to us to handle!

- Unlimited email communication for all planning + styling questions and queries.
- Referring quality vendors (photographer, florist, stationery, styling, entertainment).
- Working closely with the client to create a bespoke concept including comprehensive styling proposals, booking and meeting with styling vendors (florist, lighting, furniture, staging, etc.) to achieve the styling vision, sourcing styling items and on-the-day set up of all styling elements.

Suppliers Coordination + Contract Negotiation
Recommending, scheduling and attending supplier appointments including catering, entertainment, transportation, photography and videography. Liaising with all suppliers throughout the planning process, to save you time. Perfect for interstate or overseas clients.
Budget Management
Creating and managing your budget, including advice on how to maximise it. This comprises regular budget updates and progress meetings/planning reports.
RSVP
We will track and manage the RSVP process.
