Real Wedding – Katie + Brad

Katie and Brad's wedding was a vibrant Spanish themed fiesta. The Ceremony took place at Brisbane's beautiful High Church in Fortitude Valley followed by a moody and romantic Reception which took place at the stunning Moda Restaurant in Brisbane's City.

Katie and Brad envisaged long summer days lazing on the beach in the south of Spain with a cocktail in hand, surrounded by fuchsia bougainvillea when dreaming up the vision for their wedding day. Spanish Romance was the inspiration for a celebration filled with colour and cheer.

Set against an incredible floral backdrop draped in bougainvillea en masse, a striking patterned aisle, and a beautiful macramé feature hand made by Katie’s sister, vows were exchanged promising a lifetime of happiness. Following the proceedings, guests were treated to bubbles and piñata joy before being greeted at the reception at Moda Restaurant by a vibrant fiesta setting.

A stunning display of brilliant florals, pops of bright colours including pink, turquoise and navy, and a mix of intricate patterns and textures brought the Spanish Romance vision to life. Stylish tablescapes teamed with chandeliers adorned with cascading ribbons and flowers created the perfect setting to celebrate young love as guests feasted on delicious Spanish cuisine and sipped on free flowing champagne and sangria.

To cap off a truly unforgettable evening, guests spilled outside to marvel at the dazzling display of fireworks as they lit up the night sky before hitting the dance floor to continue the celebration of La Dulce Vida! Congratulations Katie and Brad!
