Following a love filled ceremony at St Stephens Cathedral, Tara and Nick’s wedding reception was an elegant, modern affair set in the gorgeous chapel building of High Church, Brisbane. To begin the evening guests were treated to delicious canapes and drinks on the outdoor terrace, where they mingled to the amazing sounds of a didgeridoo player followed by a magnificent steel pan performance.

Upon entering the chapel, guests were wowed by the stunning installation of luscious, cascading foliage hanging from the soaring vaulted ceiling. Crisp, modern table settings featuring a palette of brilliant white, wooden textures, luscious greenery and hints of copper created an elegant dining experience in the soft candlelight. The bridal table was an explosion of cascading floral arrangements of massed white peonies, against the backdrop of the beautifully oversized mirror adorned with even more floral and greenery detailing.

A bespoke menu was enjoyed including special elements reflecting Nick’s Trinidadian heritage before Tara and Nick shared their first dance on the terrace under a blanket of twinkling lights, surrounded by family, friends and dazzling sparklers. Congratulations Tara and Nick!
