REAL WEDDING – MICHELLE + BRANDT
On the serene canals of Hope Island, Queensland, Michelle and Brandt’s beautiful wedding unfolded on a perfect spring day. Held at the Intercontinental Resort Sanctuary Cove, their wedding was elegant and romantic.
Accompanied by the swoonful sounds of 16 strings, Michelle and Brandt were married in the picturesque resort chapel featuring striking floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking a lovely blue canal.
Guests were swept off their feet when they entered the reception, a whimsical woodland bursting with soft florals and willowy greenery. In the centre of the room a magnificent hanging candelabra was draped with blooms and wispy foliage, a stunning centerpiece surrounded by exposed timber beams.
As guests entered the room, an enchanted tree covered in vines and moss held their table place cards. Each table featured a central tree adorned with hanging glass ball votives that twinkled with candlelight. Soft, luscious blooms were abundant in small arrangements on the tables featuring elegant gold place settings complimented with guilded Tiffany chairs for that truly rich enchantment of a fairytale feast.
The bridal table featured a breathtaking garland of fresh flowers suspended behind the bride and groom. The table was made complete with baroque dining chairs in white. The evening ended with a devine cake by The Cake That Ate Paris and the fabulous beats of a Rush band. An amazing wedding!
