The STATION is the new kid on the block!
It’s all about the “FOOD” for us at white+white at the moment. Last time we spoke about the importance of selecting a style and specific foods that really compliment the Couple and their guests. Today we are focusing on the new craze of food stations sweeping the wedding and event industry.
Food stations are a great way for guests to interact with other guests, as well as enjoying the finger food idea in a whole new light. Aria Catering recently catered Emma + Michael’s Wedding at Lightspace with us using this style. Guests were spoilt with a Charcuterie Station (Cured Meats & Tapas & Breads) was, during the pre-drinks hour followed by a delicious banquet served with Poached Atlantic Salmon, Duck Cassoulet and Crumbed Lamb Rack accompanied by mixed Greens. Yummy!
